How to measure — quick guide
Use a soft tape measure
Keep it snug but not tight — you should be able to slide a finger underneath.
Measure over light clothing
Fitted undergarments or a thin layer. Bulky clothing adds extra inches.
Stand naturally
Feet together, arms relaxed at your sides. Don't hold your breath or pull in.
Measure twice
Take each measurement twice to confirm. If you get different numbers, go with the larger one.
