Standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days, while international orders take 7–14 business days depending on your location. Made-to-measure pieces require an additional 5–7 days for tailoring.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Made-to-measure and custom-tailored pieces are final sale. To start a return, contact us at hello@ollyandshay.shop with your order number.
Each garment comes with a care label and product-specific instructions. As a general rule, we recommend gentle hand-washing or professional dry cleaning for our luxury fabrics to preserve their quality, structure, and colour. Store hanging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided production hasn’t begun. For made-to-measure pieces, changes after this window may not be possible. Email us at hello@ollyandshay.shop as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
